Our ODF platform is a continuous solvent-cast, co-extruded multilayer. Each functional film — taste-mask, mucoadhesive, API matrix, backing — is laid down in a single pass with sub-micron tolerance, then converted in-line.
That matters because conventional ODFs are limited to a single drug-loaded matrix. We can split the dose across two reservoirs, mask bitter actives behind a flavour layer, and tune disintegration profile from 8s (sublingual) to 4min (buccal sustained).
